How do you post alink of your team for help,I dumb when it comes to computers.

The easiest way is to go to your team, then click on the "statistics" button under your league. Right click on your team name, and click on "copy shortcut" and then in a message here, click on the URL button. Then click "paste" and then, finally, click on the URL button again. See my sample.
