Goslin is a very good hitter, especially in your home park. His defense is iffy, but acceptable if you have good fielders in CF and RF.

Goslin is definitely a good hitter, but I disagree that his defense is acceptable. It is atrocious. IMO Goslin doesn't belong on any team (Greenberg as well) unless it's a DH league.
Don't underestimate the effect of Defense. Excellent starting pitching, excellent defense especially up the middle and decent arms in the OF, and team speed (running, not necessarily SBs) are keys success factors.
With a 4 range, + arm and loads of errors, Goslin will impact your pitching in ways you won't necessarily see, but believe me, they will be evident on the scoreboard.
Just my €0.02

Don't pay any attention to MM....heck he played Greenberg in left and Keller in right on one team...and to top it off I believe he had Hack in center. Does that sound like strong up the middle with good arms?
(jma ---messing with MM ...the advice is sound)

Bah, Munich Man gave good advice...He just went on a one-week bender putting that team together. It was probably Oktoberfest anyway...Anyone that wins with that many pitching/defense oriented teams might know a thing or two....
