Post a link to your team & you'll get better, more specific advice.
Initial suggestions:
Drop Shocker, Bennett & Wilcox. Make that 5th SP a .50 guy. He won't pitch if you have 4 * SPs.
You can probably find a better SP than Walberg. I bet you can also do better with that bullpen. Anyone like Pattin, Shoffner, McEnaney, Dayley available to replace Crawford/Dawley?
I think Terry & F. Robinson are going to frustrate you with their DL time & Ott will likely underperform in your pitching oriented division. You may want to consider a more balanced approach, ditching a Foxx & Ott to get cheaper options at 3b & the OF & beefing up 1b & your other weak spots.
