We need 5 more managers for the second season of The Neutral League. Sneezedoc's original thread is above. We've added one additional rule to see if we can get even more parody and that's a 50/50 pitching/hitting budget split (or close -- 41/39 is OK).
Rules:
80M (40M pitching/40M hitting)
NO DH
Waivers
MUST use one of the following neutral parks:
Bennett 10, 10, 7,7
Fenway 46 11,11,11,11
Exhibition 10,10,12,12
Riverfront 13,13,11,11
Ebbetts 8,8,10,10
Dodger 77 9,9,12,12
Wrigley 29 9,9,12,12
Sportsman 9,9,9,9
Season #1 was a lot of fun. Most all finished between 80-90 wins. When I would check my scores in the morning, I would never know what place I'd be in as it changed often. The finals are going on right now and Sneezedoc is up 3-2 on Dinsdale.
If you can stomach this kind of league, let me know and I'll PM you the password. :D
