Okay, need some input.
In Royals Stadium, league has fairly even mixture of hitters/pitchers parks.
What is better in RF defensively:
1(0)e6
or
2(-2)e13
i.e.: how critical is the arm vs the efactor?

Range and arm are the most important factors IMHO, not E rating. So, your choices are roughly a wash in my book.
In this case, I would look at the players offense as the deciding factor. I'd probably go with Slaughter over Oliva because he gives you more balance, unless your division is all RHP's.

Originally set out to go after the team season doubles record, but I didn't get 5 of my hitters I wanted--Musial, Simmons, Rolfe, Rice, F. McCormick.
i ended up with Morgan, Rose, Yount, Boyer, Judge, Dawson, Fosse and am flipflopping between Slaughter and Oliva in RF. With the predominance of RH starters in the league, I will probably go with Oliva, though e13 is scary....but the clutch is excellent for that #5 slot.

If you've got a lot of RHP's, Oliva will rock. You can live with his defense.

Range is most important, but e rating is close behind-all of those nasty 2 base errors. Arm is vital in CF, but not so much at the corners. The vast majority of open ended hits in Strat go to CF. When I started playing table-top I used to put a premium on RF arm, but then I saw how infrequently it comes into play.
