The Repubs put up these huge billboards with pictures of Barry for the 64 election with this text:

"IN your heart, you know he's right"

Curiously, appearing right next to them in the days that followed, were similarly sized billboards that just had these words on them:

"Yes, extreme right"

Actual conversation overheard at Andrews Air Force Base, when JFK and Jackie happened to encounter Barry who was getting on his personal jet.

Barry: Hi Jack...flying in Air Force One no doubt?

JFK: No, just getting my wife some flying lessons.
Could we drop you off somewhere?

Jackie: Like over the Grand Canyon?

(She meant to say it as an aside, only for JFK to hear, but the newsmen heard it.)

Heard that for the first time. I don`t doubt that it happen. Jackie should have been worrying about her old Man. Well, she was worrying about her old Man. Goldwater was a definite threat to the lifestyle that they had become accustomed to. Only in America. When we no longer have diversity, open debates, and honest elections, throw the towel in bacause they have us.
