I've tried this formula - limited pitching, 3 big hitting studs. Lost more than 90 games both times.
In Fenway, I don't mind one or two BP HRs on some of the pitchers' cards, because you want to keep the WHIP down. However, Morris is horrible anywhere, and Sadecki in Fenway makes me break into a cold sweat. IMO, I'd keep Hoyt, then find four 5-day SP to rotate in the other spots. Your bullpen is also very righty slanted. Even if there aren't any lefties, see if you can find a reverse righty to battle all the lefties you might see.
Too many holes in your lineup, IMO. Gedman, Weaver, Aparicio. McDougald has been disappointing the last three times I've used him (including a .600 OPS in a neutral stadium before dumping him).

Tom-
My successful Fenway squads have all been heavy on OPS, light on starting pitching and deep in the bullpen. There's certainly other ways to win there but that's what works for me.
That being said, your starting pitching looks atrocious. The only pitchers suited to your park are Hughes and Shoffner, your other pitchers are smallball types.
I would go one of two ways:
1) Get one S8* starter in the Hughson/Ruffing mold who can eat innings and then get cheap starters (BagbyJr/Coffman/Carlson etc) and as many $1-2 million relievers like Hughes as you can.
2) Go all cheap starters and get a some studs in the bullpen like Fryman/Newhouser/Tincup.
You've got the hitting, you just need to get your staff in order.
good luck

OK, changed my team around a little. Went with cheaper non "*" starters and upgraded 2B, 3B and C.
well?

My initial impression is not good, but I'm still feeling my way through Fenway '67.
Mays and Gehrig will drive in the runs, and Robinson will get on base, but who hits second? I think you need two guys to get on base a lot and then follow that with sluggers.
Another concern I would have is injury. You could conceivably lose Haller, Robinson, Covington, Marion, and Clemente all at once. Only Mays, Gordon, and the Iron Man can be counted on, and the bench will lose you games in this park.
I like Hoyt and Hughes, don't have much experience with the other pitchers.

Not enough hitting. Iffy pitching at best.
C Haller... Dickey (a bit cheaper) or Campenella (awesome) much better choices than Haller. Freehan (only 3 game injury) will do decently in a bunch of Fenway 67s, as will Lollar. Definite money you can save here.
1B Gehrig... He's awesome. If you want to save a TON of money, Money is always a great value, G.Davis isn't bad and there's always Garvey.
2B Gordon... Inconsistent, but the best available guy at this position.
SS Marion... Not a lot of choices here, but I'd take Versalles or Petrocelli.
3B J.Rob... OK for leadoff. W.Jones a cheap alternative. Boyer, Dykes also OK replacements.
LF Covington... Good value, but poor D. Could you swing Williams or Greenberg if you downgraded C and 3B and maybe some pitching? Selkirk would give you a #2 hitter.
CF Mays. No need to discuss this spot!
RF Clemente... A lot of people like him, but I never could stomach his injury rating. For a bit more money, Furillo would provide similar D, less injury risk and better overall hitting. Selkirk also an option. Agee is poor man's Clemente (with less injury risk).
SP Can you turn Hoyt and McAndrew into Buhl and Bagby? Not a lot left, but you can do better than Merritt, Pierce and Sparma. Wilks could spot start in pitcher's parks otherwise he'll get blown up at home.
RP Henke and Lown have to go. Tincup is an excellent choice, Humphreys is OK, too. Pina and McMahon also decent alternatives. A.Russell and Speece are Hughes clones. Shofner's a keeper.

Agee will ROCK in Fenway!
I don't think you'll win your division...
