Not sure if this typical, but I was wondering if anyone would glance over my team and let me know their thoughts.

I've dropped two hitters with the strategy of picking up two more pitchers.
I've got about 4 mill cap space.

Hi there. Your link doesn't work. You have to go to the Statistics page, then right-click on your team, copy the link and paste it here.

Then we can help! :)

Not bad at all.
A couple of thoughts.
Adams is wasted in your rotation of * starters. Exchange him for good pitcher with BP HRs, which you park is suited to--such as D. McClain, Pollet, Lolichetc.
Would look for a strong 1 with a -3 or more arm in CF---very important in small ball parks.
Look for better options at 1B---Judge, Lundrus, McCormick types
Herr is not ideal at 2B--if there are any "1's" available, grab them. Even Doran is a major step up from Herr.

Thanks for the tips. I was thinking that about Adams. What do you think about C. Hubbell? How about Mookie Wilson in center?

Another viewpoint worth what you're paying for it....
I don't think you have enough hitting to consistently win.
If it were my team, I'd look to cheapen up on SP, keeping Pete but replacing the rest of the rotation with folks like Gibson, Boyd & the guys previously mentioned.
I'd look to invest that savings in folks like Cobb (!)...this has to be pre-waivers, huh?...C. Jones, Keller, D. Dimaggio, or even Foxx at the high end.
Weaver is a must at 3b in lieu of the too slow Brooksie.
Lots of options for you if you want to go the value pitching route.

Additional thoughts:

O'Neill is a bit slow for smallball, his OBP is wasted, ideas include Schalk, Gibson or Sanguillen

McKain is too wild, get someone with lower OBP like Tippy, Richert, Baum, Fosnow if available.

Your overall OBP is a bit low, look for some improvements there.

Good D, nice staff, any team with Pete and good D will win some games.
