It looks pretty good!. Nice having those iron men in the infield and at CF. Would love to see another LH bat in the lineup (toward the bottom).

The only thing that worries me is the bullpen. McEnaney could be disastrous and Lea will get too many innings. Wondering if you could upgrade the pen a bit by downgrading either Lollar or Bando. Wyatt, Dayley, Riddle all nice options.

Another way to save some money is to replace Musial with Powell, but only if you can trade Musial to upgrade your team elsewhere.

zip, any chance you can check the griffith/small ball thread, got a team at halfway point in dire straights that needs serious attention. as for the fenway team listed here...seem to have all the right cheapo pitchers. I agree with zip, powell might be better suited than musial, and ive never liked ott, and he seems to especially underperform in hitter's parks, plus he's a double play machine, and the only time I use him is when I need him for cf, and you've already got mays there. check the ott threads, some people swear by him, but the majority feel he UNDER performs consistently.

Yeah, if you could trade in Musial and Ott for Powell and Ruth, you'd be improving your team.

Also, if Buford is available, I'd slot him in at 3B instead of Bando. His defense is poor, but he's a great leadoff hitter for a Fenway '67 team. I try to get him on almost every homer happy team I can. Averages .260-20-70-.380 (or better).
