Strange waiver team:

This team went to the waivers twice and won 91 games.

Sometimes waivers work but I don't like to do it............

Dean,

That first team still has me perplexed. You won 89 games with a -14 runs scored/runs allowed differential. I had a +109 in the same league & finished 82-80.
Must be clean living.

As to the "went through waivers twice" team, did you mean you did a bunch of drop/adds? Never heard of 2 x waivers.

That first team was ALL about the bullpen, huh?

Decent offense, OK starting pitching, nothing earth-shattering. But, then to see the pen go 23-11 with 49 saves is majorly impressive. They did the yeoman's work there.

And the second team... wow, Reggie and Mays totally carried that team. Good bullpen again, too, but those two studs put up huge numbers.

Good luck Dean!!!

Well the team that I make changes to a few times during the year won the first two games of the playoffs last night and the team that I thought would do better went 0-2. Go figure. Randy, you were right. I think that run differential probably made a difference in addition to facing very good pitching.

Dean

I made it to the finals..

I managed to win game 5 despite not having Reggie or Schalk. I get Reggie back now for the finals. This team is an enigma!
