What year card did Clemente have a -6 arm in the OF?

Have heard about it. The only time a -6 rating was given, I believe. Does anyone here know what year that SOM card for Clemente was released? Was it '67, the year he hit .357? If so, wonder what THAT card would be priced at in the ATG 2 game? Was curious, because I was talking to my son about him last night, and saw a documentary about him on Fox Sports Channel last week.

I don't know what Shea's dimensions were, but at some point in the late 60s, I saw him pick a ball up at the wall and throw a strike to the plate, flat footed.

Haven't seen Vlad in person, I've seen Barfield throw it a mile on the line.

He did one of those RF corner pick ups , wheel arounds and tosses to home at Wrigley once . A lazorbeam to the catcher , ball never bounced , on the money, out at home ! No one could patrol RF like Roberto .

The one I saw the guy wasn't out. He had time to stop and go back to third, stumbling. He started on 2nd, was 1/2 way waiting to see if the ball was caught. Hitter easily safe at 2nd.

How would HAL make that happen. Double and runner on second moves to third :P

In fairness to HAL ... I can't believe I just said that ... it would be scored a single with the batter taking second on the throw home.

That's how it might be scored, but the ball was at the wall, and the hitter was trotting into second because of the lead runner being in the way.
I wish I could remember who the runners were.

I'm pretty sure he had it in '62 as well.

I don't know about '60 or '62, but I just found his '61 card. He was a 1 with a -6 arm and an e11. He also batted .351 with 30 doubles, 10 triples and 23 HR's. He also had a LOT of GB A's on his card too. I think I could live with those though! :D
