Is Banks worth it in a pitchers park?

I have a clear shot at Banks in an upcoming waivers. I need to fill a major hole at SS. The problem is I'm playing in Busch 87. Am I wasting my draft pick taking him? Will he produce--say batting 5th or 6th--playing in a division with entirely pitchers parks?

I'm kicking myself--never had Banks EVER before, and now that I can get him I'm in the wrong damn place.

Thanks for the help!

IMHO, always take Ernie, no injury, excellent glove, power, runs decent. Here he is on a pitchers team, better power than expected, lost in the Semis to Frank Bailey, Pete beat us twice.

Best of luck, sschu

Banks is worth the money in any park. I've used him many times, the last year I had him was his worst and I finished in first , his stats: Avg. .225, 42 dingers, 115 RBI and only 10 errors. Hope that helps.
