Friend of mine somehow purchased the 2004 version instead of the All Time Greats version a month ago. He has emailed the "Contact" department to have his $24.95 traded from 2004 to All Time Greats. Still, no response from them.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated on how to transfer or the ability to find a good contact.

something to that effect . Should get a quicker response .
