Hey man. This is actually my favorite park and I won my first 2 rings there. Neural players seem to be the most effective. If it were my team, I would:
Downgrade Pjiester to a $6-$7 million $ starter. I have seen Lonborg, Grove, Dean and Hughson all win 20 in this park so pitchers in this range are fine.
I would waive W.Hernandez as you have alot of money invested in the pen. I also would prefer Perinoski to Quiz. You could use the money from downrading Pjietser and waiving Hernandez on upgrading Hunter and upgrading hitters like Bush and Doren. 4 mid-range pitchers will give a chance to win every night. Mullen is pretty good and he is available. Watch the wire for Dean, Lonborg, Hughson.
The last thing I would do is downgrade Yaz. I don't think he is a great fit for this park and guys like C.Jones will hit like crazy in Westside for $6m.
Just my thoughts.

I would also make sure that you are not too right handed especially if you went with C. Jones. In this park I like:
Joe Jackson
C.Cooper
E.Murray
Gehringer
Rolfe
Cochren

Is it a DH league? I still don't like W.Hernandez here becasue you are overpaying on the pen. I would waive him and pick up a guy like Tudor who doesn't pitch bascially and you can list as a 5th starter. Two $3m relievers are more than enough.
I would look at upgrading Schalk at catcher and Bush to Trammel if he's there or R.Chapman at the very least.
Starters look fine to me as alot of the best guys for Westside are probably going to be already taken.
Just my thoughts. I will attach my 2 championship teams for this park:

It looks like your team got off to a good start last night. I am glad that you made the move to drop some bullpen dollars. Powell will do well and of course Dawson is probably my favorite strat player along with Cuyler. The only other move I would have made would have been to upgrade Bush. Good team though, good luck.

I like Pollet quite a bit and failed to mention him earlier. My top preferences in West Side for pitching are:
Dean
Hughson
Grove
W.Ford
Lonborg
I have used Seaver here too, pretty good anywhere.
Under $5m:
Lolich
Holtzman
My prefered hitters are:
Cochren
Cooper
Gehringer
O.Smith/Aparicio
Rolf/Weaver
J.Jackson
Dawson
Cuyler
My man Randy is a great guy to ask for nuetral parks. I learned from him.
