Check out the Ty Cobb-Stan Musial race for the batting crown. Musial stands tall with the big sticks on the strength of doubles and triples. Kevin Bass has an outrageous season, as does Dave Smith. Something about those 'stros!

Quite a season for Mickey Cochrane, apparently Cheesdoodles are right up his alley!

He ate a lot this year. His brilliant season was overshadowed by Musial in Poofyland, but I haven't missed it. In another league, that might win a batting title!
