Unfortunately, Sid Fernandez was drafted by an all Mets theme team, so I had to sub. Hiller,and PendleTON went elsewhere. Back are the rotund Lolich, Lamp, Boog, Garcia, "Fat Freddie" Fitzsimmons, Aurelio Lopez, and Babe. The slow include Mule Haas, Max Bishop, Marty Marion, Ernie Lombardi. So crack open a 12 pack and settle in for some station to station baseball as the legendary Herd! lumbers into your town!

There's no "defensive indifference" in this game, for the occurence the catcher laughs so hard when he sees the guy break for 2nd base, that he swallows his wad of chew and needs medical attention. :wink:

After a championship in year 3, season 4 was a disappointment, as the Babe was drafted elsewhere. Back in the fold, [a Pig in the Blanket, so to speak,] the Babe has returned with a vengeance, hitting 6 homers in the first 6 games. Clearly he is responding to the training regimen assigned by fitness coach Don Zimmer.
