what are your opinions, or what do you think i need to do to improve, and what is the best staduim i should pick for this team to play in? i don't expect to get all these players so how should i rate them in order for draft?

Park: Maybe Comiskey 19 or West Side Park. With some pitching changes maybe a lefty park

You might want to swap one or two of those guys for someone who tends to be a strong leadoff hitter.
Otherwise, you can tweak that group to fit anywhere from West Side (pitching) to Baker Bowl (hitting). Do you want your games decided 4-3, 8-7 or somewhere in between?
