Evers, with his 1 range, but horrible e43, OR
Maz, with his 2 range, but nice e12?

MAZEROWSKI SHOULD BE SET AS THE DEFENSIVE SUB.

Playing a full season, Maz should save about 11 more runs than Evers.

I agree with Maz, but wow...11 runs seems high. It seems to me that Evers would allow about 20 more baserunners over the course of the season playing ful time compared to Maz playing full time. I can't see that turning into 11 runs, especially considering that Evers would turn more DPs...but I don't have all of the numbers in front of me. As a defensive replacement, I would think maybe Maz would save 2-3 runs for the season. Again, that's just a educated guess.

Thanks guys. As it turns out, I ended up swapping Evers for Gantner. So now, it's a Gantner/Maz platoon.
