well i would start by replacing works and ricxey with bagby sr and odell if there available. and that will give you enough cash to grab vuck. so you have 3 starters that can go on 3 days rest. and rotate ruether and rommel as needed. i think cox is a waste. id move him to osinski or garmen. and use them in avoid left closer type role. quick hook dont use before 9th. should free up lil money to tweak
