Autodraft small ball league

Here's what I'm thinking, subject to input from those interested:
No limits on cards, etc. The only limit is in regards to ballparks. No max for singles ratings. No more than a [b:274f4555a7]4[/b:274f4555a7] HR rating for either side. (I'm debating making that a 5 so places like Muni 78 or Oly 78 could qualify. If a couple folks want it, so it shall be.)
