Besides the fact that I've forgotten how to post a link to my stats page why in heavens would Josh Gibson (PB 6) already have 22 TWENTY TWO PBs in less than 100 games (on pace for well over 30) and no one else has more than 7 SEVEN!

Look at it this way, if there really is normalization, Josh shouldn't have a passed ball the rest of the season!

If that doesn't work for you, how about maybe the Strato gods are out to get you?

Well of course there's no normalization, never has been (that whole HR normalization episode from back on the day was fabricated). Never a bug in the code, ever. Never any problem with Strat whatsoever and damn anyone who dares question it...and if the Strat gods are out to get me the not doing a very good job of it.... BDWard you're my hero ;)

Now you see the light Nev! If there was normalization how could I have had a player hit 90 doubles in a season?

Wes Parker from the 70s game. I had his 1970 card.

Humm.. Looks like loaded dice.
Nothing but 3-8 roll when Parker stands at the plate.

not true. When the card image comes up for Parker it is his first card 1968 that you are looking at. Click on his 1970 card to see that card image.

90 2b's with that card (and yes I looked at the '70 card) is impressive. That's not even a doubles-happy card. Sure they are on there but not to the extent I would have expected him to get 90. Nice job.

We so need the 1970 Wes Parker card in ATG. I love that guy and he was the Dodgers best player that year. That said, his 90 doubles in that league is the most ridiculous stat I have ever seen.

Parker 1970 is Mark Grace with speed.
