I'm in your other league of this theme. I like the $140 mil cap far better than the $200 mil. But I'd also suggest you make this a 12-season commitment and have everyone play each team once. Might be best to assign the teams on a rotating basis rather than first-come. I'll join either way, and if it's first-come. first choice, I'll take the 20s. But I'd prefer fixed, rotating assignments.

I may have done my math wrong, but I was unable to build a 2000-2009 team at that cap in the other league.

Regardless, whoever captains the 21st C team will need rights to a pure RP from another era, as there are only two pure RPs from 2000-2009 (Smoltz and Nen).
