Intentional Walk question

If you check the 'IBB less' box on a pitchers' setting but on the team settings page you set Intentional Walk to 'Agressive', which wins out? I would think it would be the pitchers individual setting, but not sure . . . or does IBB less just mean he will issue IBB's less than your team setting (so he might issue them normally if the team setting is aggressive)?
