When is the league start cutoff?

I can't remember: When's the last day you can draft a league (auto or live) so it starts the immediate following Monday?

Friday midnight EST / 9 PM PST for the following Monday start.
1 minute after that time, it starts [b:18f3475666]ONE FULL WEEK[/b:18f3475666] after that on the following Monday. All leagues have [b:18f3475666]FIRST PITCH[/b:18f3475666] start on Monday, always have - always will. :(
On a standard waivers league - it's [b:18f3475666]WAIVERS[/b:18f3475666] that clears in two days.
