Wouldn't it be funny if you benched your 15-game injury risk and he was injured as a pinch hitter?

I am experiencing a healthy dose of Deja Vu....I was looking at your team and thought it was an unusual but familiar cast of characters. I am playing against that same team in another league but with a different manager.....you guys one in the same?

I would take the advantage to set up my rotation for the playoffs

I benched Mickey Cochrane in a similar situation. It worked like a dream (NOT!), since he got a 15 game injury in his first playoff AB.

Don't break up a winning combination. The best record means something.

Yeah, typically a first round playoff exit.
Still, benching your guys feels like it invites disaster.
Basically, since Hal is in command, you're damned no matter what you do. Fortunately, everyone else is damned by Hal, too.
