If I draft a player with multiple cards can I switch to any card I want? Or must I keep the most expensive card? Example Pedro Martinez. Can I take Pedro's cheaper card?

Is the closer rating in effect for relievers? I noticed Eck has a N next to his name even though he had over 40 saves.

Yes you can switch and no the closer rating is not in used in ATG.
