This is the second batch of new cards we're adding [i:e302536f01]once every month[/i:e302536f01]. Batch #1 was added last month.

All the cards in each batch are listed here.

The handy Excel spreadsheet of all the players in ATG VI with their stats and their salaries has been updated to include the new cards. There's a note in the rightmost column marking each of the new cards so you can easily find them.

For what it's worth, I'd been revealing some of these cards as teasers in this other thread over the past week, so you can follow along with all the lively discussion we've been having there.

[b:e302536f01]Will my league get them?[/b:e302536f01][/size:e302536f01]

Effective immediately these cards are available for you to put on your draft lists if you are joining or creating a league that hasn't filled yet. If you've already finished your draft list and joined a league, you may pull out and adjust your list to include any of the new cards if you want, as long as the league hasn't closed yet.

The new cards will not be made available to leagues that have already drafted or whose seasons have started. I had intended to add them to such leagues manually on a case-by-case basis, but consensus opinions from the managers in these leagues would be too hard to collect, and I've run into some unexpected obstacles in this whole process.

[b:e302536f01]What about Live Drafts?[/b:e302536f01][/size:e302536f01]

Effective immediately, all Live Drafts will include the new cards.

Enjoy!

Hamilton's card has errors. He scored 198 runs that year not 192 and had 558 ab's not 544. He also walked 128 times not 126.

Another oddity is his left field and center field error totals don't match. Don't recall ever seeing that before.

Seems like Pinson's overpriced.

I was thinking the same thing about a couple of the cards, most notably that 8.76 million DH, Billy Hamilton.

It seems that the database we're working off of doesn't agree with baseball-reference. I did correct one of the deadballers in the first batch; I suppose I can do the same for Hamilton.

Hmm, yeah, that can't be right. Gonna see what's up.

[b:7f1734b62d]Edit, 10/18:[/b:7f1734b62d] These items have been corrected.

So... naturally he fell to me in the autodraft; looks awfully similar to Lofton to me. But I havent gone back and looked, just an impression.

Can't even compare Pinson to Lofton as Lofton has 10 more non-ballpark reaches vs RH pitching. Lofton is clearly better as a hitter not taking the injury into account...
