Team Help?

So I have migrated to playing mostly Live/hi cap leagues, but took on a $100M DH challenge. Would be interested in anyone's take as my original approach was very different than most other manager's in the league (more hitting, less pitching). I have modified as follows:

Playing in Kaufman 05 (not sure why, but Kaufman was obscure), basically pitchers park
