Yep. Not invested in either team. but enjoying fun, dramatic baseball. Awesome to see Freese tie it with that bottom of the 9th triple, and just as awesome to see an injured Hamilton hit his first playoff HR to put the Rangers back on top in the 10th. Do the Cards have another come back in them?

Maybe. Runners on 2nd and 3rd with one out, bottom of the 10th. Rangers up by two. And Albert is on deck. Exciting!

Great game! What is it about game 6 in the WS? This is shaping up as a classic - with Pujols on deck!

Down by one, two outs, and they intentionally walk Pujols. Smart move, but that does bring up a hot hitting Berkman. Does Lance become a new StL legend with a game tying/winning hit, or merely the last out of the '11 season?

Unreal! Berkman comes through with the game tying hit.

Might this rival the '75 WS Game 6? Going to the 11th inning, tied up at 9 a piece.

Reminds me of the '86 LCS with Astros & Mets.

Yeah, good call. What did that one go, 16 innings? If that had been a WS game, would have gone down as the greatest WS game ever, most likely. With respect to Larsen's perfect game and Maz's game winning HR to beat the Yanks in '60.
