I was just wondering how many people in the community are from Northern California, or just California for that matter. I am in Fairfield which is on Interstate 80 (or as you people in Southern California say "The 80") between
Sacramento and San Francisco. Maybe we could have a theme league where the West Coast takes one division and one era the Midwest another and so on with the east coast. If you did a 24 team league you could include the South. Just a thought.

My parents had property in Tahoe when I was younger and we would drive through Placervillle on the way to the cabin. A couple of times my pops and I stopped in Placerville and did some gold panning just for the fun of it. Good times.

I was backpacking with my 8 year old daughter in the high Sierras, she was running down a stream bed to go fishing and fell and broke her arm, and it took us several hours to get to the Placerville Hospital. They did a fabulous job of setting her broken arm.

Was a small child in the City (if you have to ask which city, then you're probably not in the conversation). Moved to Danville in the late 60s when Danville was decidedly lower middle class and filled with really great folks. I live in France now, but my mom is a resident of Elk Grove.
