Seeking advice for my annual team. I need to figure out who my 4th starter will be and get a couple lefty pitchers. Not too sure about Boudreau or Biggio.
Any thoughts are appreciated.

Not sure of the purpose of Babe Adams/Higbe.
I'd trade Adams, as someone would probably like his top card, and you could extract some value. Higbe is a good value at 80/100 but I think he'd get hard at 140.
You could use more depth in the pen. Hoffman is probably good for 100 innings maximum. That leaves a gap between starters and Hoffman. You need more bridge to Hoff in 140.
Don't have a firm opinion on either Boudreau or Biggio. I know folks aren't sold on Biggio. I know I'm not crazy about Lou's catcher rating, as it can lead to injuries to your backup catcher.

I would dump Mike Scott and Kirby Higbe for a pair of 5-day starters that you could use with the good Babe Adams card. Personal favorites are Roy Oswalt and Tom Sturdivant, but in the final analysis, it would depend more on the ballparks and rosters in your division and league.
Other than that, I think your team is OK. A bunch of 1L RH bats is good protection for Joe Jackson. Biggio is a fine 2B for Forbes if you can't have Collins. At $140 million,I doubt you have a lot of FA options.

For what it is worth here is a 140 mil Forbes '57 team of mine currently in the finals with a few of the same players that you are fielding, including Biggio.

I like your team. I dontnlike the catcher situation, though. Biz Mackey is good, but he's a high juicy risk. I thnk his injury is on 11. This could lead to you catching a <$1 mil catcher 5 games at a time. Or even worse, he gets hurt too and Beudreau is catching.
I learned this the hard way. I'd either switch to the the Beudreau card or pick a different SSnif ones available. Maybe get a little better catching backup if you are going with Mackey.

Thanks guys.
I am debating dropping Boudreau for Appling and use the funds on pitching. As for C, I was thinking of a Sanguillen/Santop platoon or maybe just O'Neill and a cheap sub.
