I've only had Hamilton for a half-season thus far and I'm pretty convinced he won't hit at the only caps he'll be used in (120+).
As far as I can tell, the team looks good. That offense is wicked.
I'd consider using the more expensive Musial card though.

Too many HR hitters in that kind of park. It will be tough for you to win in a small ball park in the higher salary caps, but I think you have to do it with great pitching and defense, lots of high BA and OBP guys, and maybe one or two sluggers that have lots of natural HRs.
I like Ferrell, Musial, Hamilton, Lindstrom, and Heilmann. I'd look for a 1 at 2B and SS (Gehringer and Rizzuto are available on the FA market, but upgrade better through trades). I'd put Heilmann in LF and get a guy like Paul Waner to play RF. DH should be a real defensive slouch (e.g. Kiner).
One or two spots in the order should have natural HRs. The best in the game are Bonds, McGwire, Kiner, Ruth, Griffey, Wilson, and Foxx. Moving Charleston, Medwick, and/or Hornsby for some of these guys should be doable. You could also go after Wagner and Lajoie/Collins types up the middle.
Lastly, I would strongly consider at least one platoon. 1B, DH, and OF are the easiest platoons to make. In higher cap leagues, this is one way to spend some extra $$ efficiently, especially in ATG, where there are fewer pitching changes.
Hope this helps!

I like the idea of Hamilton in that park, but would consider putting him at DH where his arm will not be tried.
Consider dropping Ducky and using an OF of Heilmann, Charlston and ..
1)Stan with ? someone like Suttles at 1b
2) Ott, Yaz, Paul Waner, or Chino Smith in that last corner OF slot.
there are lots of possibilities.
good luck with your team :D

the parks in the league are a combination of fenway '67 (in my division), briggs '41, shea '71, penmar, cle '66, minute maid '05, 3 hilltops (2 in my division), petco '05 and a forbes '57.
i've had amazing luck with hornsby and musial on a similar team in this same league.

i will be facing 9 LHSP (only one in division) and 35 RHSP.
i think ducky will be good in this situation. to me he seems like a DH version of simmons.
thanks for the suggestions.

Here he is playing CF and batting leadoff on a Yankee '56 team that is way overbalanced toward hitting (has Ruth, Bonds, and Brett with him)

Maybe you want to downgrade to the 5R Hornsby if you'll be facing that many righties, especially in your division.
I like that other team you posted the link for. Much closer to what I was outlining.

yeah, i lost out on most of the SPer's i wanted. but i thought i'd go for a heavier offense to offset the difference.
paul long- nice season from hamilton so far.
