Left - Right Batting Screen order question

Left - Right Batting Screen order question

Postby TRW » Sun Dec 18, 2011 9:10 am

In the line-up screen, you can set your batting line-up vs left and right hand pitchers separately.

My question is: Why doesn't the stats on that screen reflect the actual at bat stats vs lefties and righties for your starting line-up? Instead it shows the cumulative stats for each player vs both left & right hand pitchers.

I know obviously this is the way it has always been. But I was just wondering if anyone would think it would be more helpful to actually see how your hitters are doing vs lefty & righty pitchers in that line-up screen.

I just want to get feedback before I made a suggestion to Bernie.

I too agree 100%. Does that make it 200% total agreement?

It would be very helpful to see the L/R actuals or at the very least when setting the lineup verses LH pitchers see the stats verses lefties. Ditto in reverse when setting the lineups verses righties. And would like to see the same thing for the simulated results column.

That's why I don't think it would be too hard too show that data in the line-up screen.

I gave up and stopped asking for this about 3 or 4 ATG versions ago.

A great idea -- it would save the back and forth to the team page to get the info.
