Here are 12 rosters submitted to test various concepts. Each concept has its own division, and each team within the division is a variation of the overall theme. It will be a $100M no-DH no-waivers league. You can choose your own park.

Rosters are pretty much fixed at this point to ensure each team gets the players assigned to them, but you'll have the opportunity before opening day to adjust your rosters as you see fit within the constraints given for the team you choose.

Please sign up below.

I already see one conflict, Ewell Blackwell on hackra and WeatherNut teams.

Might I suggest that looking at Ewell Blackwell he fits East 4 theme at 5.45 (great hitting and poor fielding) but is a definite misfit for West #3 team at 7.61 where he is a 1w hitter on a team that should have all good hitting pitchers.

(I can find good hitting and not bad fielding guys to replace Blackwell in a similar pricerange, but bad fielding and good hitting is harder ... in fact Drysedale has a 2 range, but the 43 errors I felt more than compensated)

nexrad, please look at the other thread. The squad you have above didn't work, but Weathernut's second proposed squad did - and did not have Blackwell on it

WeatherNut gave me two different versions of positive clutch teams so I went with the first. West #4 is a tweak of what hackra submitted to me.

I think hackra's right, WeatherNut should replace Blackwell with another good hitting pitcher at close to the same salary.

I just realized there's (at least) two mistakes in East #3. Beggs 1.04 isn't a starter, DD in error, and Martin is Renie Martin SP/RP 0.78 not Morrie Martin RP 0.97. Replace Beggs with H Bell 1.09.

Welcome, Spider 67. :!:

Looking for managers who like to platoon

Postby supertyphoon » Sun Jan 08, 2012 12:55 pm

For anyone that's kind of interested, but doesn't like the rosters presented here, it's not a problem that cannot be resolved.

As long as you have a roster that meets the desired theme and doesn't conflict with others who've already laid claim to certain players, by all means switch out the players I've listed here for someone else that's suitable that you like much better.
