Incorrect Card- How many more

Why does 1978 Julio Cruz have a HR split on 3-7? I own the 1978 set (originals and reprints). How many more cards are incorrect? Cruz may be a bargain at that price if that is the card TSN is using. I have no idea who's card it is, but it definitely is not 1978 Julio Cruz's card.

Interesting. Only 1 HR in over 500 ABs. Willing to bet that card produces more than 1 HR whether you are doing an exact season replay or whatever.

Just as interesting as the 3-7 is the HR at 3-9. I would assume he either hit that 1 HR against a LH pitcher or a RH pitcher. Simple math says he hit 0 against the other hand. So there is no way he should have a HR on both sides of the card.

Strat messed up here as it does more often than most will admit. And there are many players who have different cards depending on whether you have the original card, the cdrom version, a mystery card version or the ATG version. Of course we will never receive an explanation from Strat as to why.

Thanks for the reply, but you are missing the point. Strat did not make the mistake, TSN did! I have the 1978 cards and there is no HR anywhere on Cruz's card. This is on TSN, not strat! How many other cards are wrong???

Actually Julio Cruz has a HR on 2-6 with a split of 1-2 on his 1978 Strat-O-Matic card.

Still...strange that it would be different image...maybe SA vs non SA?
