First batter of the game and it said he tried to bunt for a hit, but the play result came off the Ball Park Home Run chart, so I am wondering how this happened? Thanks

don't know anything about it, but maybe he tried to bunt for a hit, fouled two off and then had to hit away? don't know how/if this is represented on the "bunt for hit" chart, but it seems pretty logical.

Were you playing at Wrigley with the wind blowing out , when he popped up his bunt attempt? :D

He tried to bunt and then with two strikes he swung away.

A Corked bat. If he was swinging, it would have been long gone.
