3rd inning - so j.rob gets HBP on a 2-2 roll and somehow j.bloodworth is pinch running for f.crosetti and j. rob stays on first base until the end of the inning. after the inning ends he goes to 2B to replace j.rob and crosetti takes his place at SS even though he was pinch ran for.

This is a known issue with the playbacks of games. There is no way for the program to determine who was pinch run for, so it always replaces the lead runner . . . In actuality the substitution was made correctly, it just looks weird wayching.

no it was not made correctly. if it was made correctly j.rob would have been pinch ran for, and it would not have pulled crosetti and then put him back on the field.

if you watch the replay bloodworth was put at 2B to replace crosetti and robinson took 1B on the HBP which resulted in the injury. after the inning was over robinson was pulled for bloodworth and crosetti was brought back into the game to take his recently vacated SS spot.
WATCH THE REPLAY.

I think they are saying forget about the replay. The box score replay is the accurate record of the game.

Bernie has stated that there's a problem in replay displaying pinch runners, it's on display here, but it's only in the replay.

What I'm saying, Steven, is that the replay parses the box score. The box score is the accurate record of what occurred and you can infer it from the subsequent game action in the replay.
Bernie has noted that the replay parses this incorrectly. Your issue is one of display, not of game engine error. Your anger is massively misplaced.
