Just a couple of thoughts regarding the site rebuild:

1 - Stadium selection - I would like to see stadium selection changed for cap leagues to after the auto-draft. You can draft your stadium after for a Live draft. Why not for a auto-draft cap league. You have more control over a draft in a live draft, and you select your stadium afterward. But in an Auto-draft, when you have no clue who you're going to ultimately get, you have to choose a stadium before-hand.

2- Auto-draft - One of my biggest pet peeves playing this game is the way the auto-draft works. A couple of teams always seem to make out like bandits. And a couple of team always seem to get 3 day old left-overs -especially at the higher cap games. I have been a big proponent of changing this system. Maybe have individual draft list by position? Maybe a better AI? ex. You draft Mantle, you are not also getting mays, Dimaggio, etc..

3- Option to turn off charges to cap when you drop players. I never understood why this is necessary in the first place. I don't see how this rule gives anyone an advantage except the team in 1st place.

I think you are on to some good ideas or options here. The stadium selection idea is a very good one.

I think it would be cool to have the option to drop players without a penalty although that would allow managers to drop guys and pick up guys for certain series and situations. But that does not necessarily make it a bad idea. Another option could be a 5% loss of salary for the whole season.

What about an option for every team to receive an extra 5 million to spend at the mid season point? This would/could help with trading too? Sort of a September call ups idea....
