I'm struggling to hold back the trigger finger here:

I'm doing fine, but have been in a tailspin lately and am starting to feel that Pedro's money is wasted and that I should swap him for some cheaper starting pitching and add another bat. Willie McGee is my target, plus adding a cheap starter and sending Lindblad packing. Lindblad is TNT.
Talk me off the ledge please!

Let's see. I assume you'll get 90% of Pedro + Coleman? That being the case, you'll get 11.3 mil to spend to replace them. That means if you want McGee, you'll have 4.73 mil to spend on a pitcher to replace Pedro. See anybody you like at that price? There's a whole bunch of guys to pick from in that area.

Sadly, it's 80%. I'm looking at Dave McNally.

I recommend standing pat. Of course, if I was in your division, I would recommend the opposite.

I think you should ride out the tailspin. Your team looks pretty good to me.

That's what I thought. Not getting much luck on the rolls lately...

In a 4-12 tailspin, and not a lot of one run losses, I'm getting beaten soundly.

The only thing wrong with your club is the team name can't fit on the jerseys. I would leave the team alone.

I would look to see what change that would change the makeup of the team at a minimum of cost. I would
Cut Radatz
Cut Coleman
And then Pick up
Cesar Geronimo Plays CF vs righties
Shano Collins plays LF vs lefties
This move against righties will improve your defense vastly in both Left and Right field. This will also deplete your relieving but I don't think you are using all your money in relief anyway, Shano Collins should help against lefty pitchers. The other way to go would be to pick up a decent closer - I like Joe Page instead of Shano going for increased defense and still solid pen.

As Pedro also started the season 7-1 and now is 9-12 I would skip a day in his rotation (give a game to Linblad and pray) and see if the change in the rotation helps.
