Keep in mind, this is in a 200M league, playing in Rogers Center, a moderate hitters' park. He carried me all year and now into the finals. About 3 runs better than he should have been - talk about getting all the rolls!

(As a side note, this is also why I'll never again use the new Larkin card - eeesh.)

Larkin:
Low BABIP for Larkin. I mean, the peripherals are pretty good. 35 homers, 97 walks, 100 runs. I mean, he drew almost as many walks as hits.

BABIP can be an indicator of future success in real life because it may predict what numbers might result if a guy cuts down on strikeouts and makes contact more often.

I am not sure if it has any value in strat though.

Oh no. Definitely not. Just think the low average with the good walk rate and good power is kind of interesting. Like Carlos Pena 2009.
