1950s to 1980s League - Sign Up (Need 7 more)

You can only use cards from 1950 to 1989. NeL cards will not be part of the league. I will leave it up to the league to determine if we use a DH or not.

Unique stadiums are required and will be drafted. Only stadiums from the same time period are eligible.

The cap will be $100M with a straight 10% FA penalty.

In this league, you can only use the batters, including backups, up to their PA which will be AB + BB. The pitchers will only be used up to their IP not including thirds of an inning.

Every morning, I will check all rosters. Anyone over after the last night's games will be sent a message to drop those players over the limit.

The draft will either be on diamond dope or ILC thread. We will draft 15 players with the rest being part of the autodraft.

The stadium draft will occur in an ILC thread.

The draft will be determined by a randomizer and will be a snake draft. Stadium draft will be the opposite order of the player draft.

I would be willing to drop the cap and shorten the years for available players. I am also open to it being a DH league. Please state your preference for a DH league or not. If you have no preference, it is no problem either. The majority will rule on these points.

[b:09081054da]NOTE:[/b:09081054da] I looked through several of my teams and noticed that the IP total for the team are around 1450 every season. If you go with a 4 man rotation with these pitchers, you may have to cover around 300 - 350 IP by a 5th starter/reliever/mopup or your bullpen. In other words, your bullpen might not be able to cover all of the additional innings unless you use additional pitching.

Joe I would like a hard 100 million cap, can live with 140, and just let people manage their rosters within the cap. It will be enough to track the usage (I love the usage idea.) Lots of leagues use 10% AB/IP bump.

One issue is you cannot drop after game 142, do that needs to be considered somehow. Maybe a prorating, so you need to be below X before game 142 and then the usage rules are off. If example you could be on a pace the exceed the carded AB/IP, but have not reached it at 142
