He's kind of ordinary. At a $60 million cap he might be tolerable, but Hal McRae is almost as good and a million cheaper. I can't recall ever seeing anyone use him, and I've had close to 100 teams now.
Baylor has been used 26 times, with an OPS a little over .800 (and heavily slanted toward hitting lefties). McRae has been used 32 times, with an OPS right about .800 and less slanted. It depends on what you want - Baylor gets on base at a much better clip, McRae is a very cheap RBI guy, with piles of extra base hits on both sides of his card.
