Bernie TSN email issues - will Strat takeover fix this?

When i say "fix" i mean as in Strat having its own email home to serve same purpose as the current TSN email.Who should I contact about TSN email issues? Whenever i try to access my email the attached appears after a brief appearance of my mail link which then goes POOF without warning. I was able to access mail a couple of times in recent months but this has been going on for at least a year. I'm not ignoring if anyone has been sending me pm's or mail.

I can get to my mailbox but only if i time it right and click real fast before the mail link switches to the attached link.

I just click the stop (X) icon on my browser when the private message inbox link appears to prevent the progression to the next page.
