Team Critique

I'm starting a team tonight. For me it's a different kind of team in a new park and essentially the first time using a non* staff.

I'm facing about 66% RHP both in division and league wide.
Division: Sportsmans AL (7-7-20-6)
County 78 (15-15-10-10)
Griffith 57 (15-2-1-16)
League has 2 Polos and 1 Fulton 78 HR parks...1 Minute Maid...1 Penmar (9-9-17-2)...and a few Forbes. A lot of HR parks in this league.
I'm using a lot of new player (for me) in Gwynn, Brett, Gant, Lofton...and the entire pitching staff, which I feel like I overspent on.
Thoughts? Any glaring holes?
A little worried about the injury risk to Brett, Delahanty, and Collins. I keep thinking about using Ryne Sandberg (another new card for me) to balance out Brett and give me a little more pop, but I worry that Id be straying too far from my home field in doing so.
Am I doomed?
