OK, I have to be out for awhile. If we get the final three committed can someone confirm with Bernie and get the draft turned on for 11?

Just a suggestion, but you might want to recruit backup managers who could replace any of the originals who don't check in; I could swap them in an hour before if it looks like we need to. They'd need to have a created team ready to be put in.

Bernie-
What can we offer these replacements. We still are short three, including sschu, who posted on the other thread that he could do it at 10 or midnight, but not 11. Unfortunately, it becomes very challenging to get the other 9 changed to a different time.

I am reasonably sure we could find three volunteers, but what are we offering them? i.e. do they need to spend a credit? And if the three originals get replaced do they get to "keep" this "extra" credit they'd be forfeiting by being unable to join at the chosen time?
