Parameters: Yes, like always, there is a catch. 45M dedicated to pitching to keep the scoring down, 100M, DH, 5-10-20 deadbeat drop, advanced, and no steroid use. Because of this, Barry Bonds, Sammy Sosa, and Mark McGwire are banned from the league. This is a drug-free workplace!!! Throwing at batters, base coaches shouting obscenities at opposing pitchers, spitting, high spikes, grabbing crotches at the plate in front of 45,000 fans, piling it on, and tossing bases from bad umpire calls are still allowed. This is what makes America great!!!
