Will Firefox work at the new site?? There have been a couple of recent posts regarding this question that have not elicited any response from Strat / TSN/ you. Inquiring minds...

I did everything on Firefox with not 1 issues last week.

It seems like there are some current issues over there. I know Bernie prefers Firefox as well, so maybe give it a little time.

All I ever use is Firefox. Never had a problem at that site. Purchased games in the past with Firefox and recently confirmed my e-mail address and log in and was told to have a beer. 8-)

At home, I use Firefox exclusively and have never had a problem with SOM's site--page access, file downloading, game purchasing, etc., have all been fine.

Yep ... the wide variety of experiences means it AIN'T the Browser itself, but some of the settings that are fouling some folks up. I also use Firefox almost exclusively, with a little smattering of IE and Netscape 7.2 at work.

Consult yer various IT Gurus, genties & ladlemen.

If someone can provide me with any evidence that Firefox has any problems on Strat-O-Matic.com that interferes with any functionality, I'd be happy to pass it on to the folks who run the site. Otherwise, I just see coyote303's single post about non-fatal "script errors", which, if he's talking about the "warning: Illegal offset type" messages, are indeed non-fatal and not browser-specific, and I'd already raised that issue with them a few weeks ago.

I'll give you a more general bit of good news that's somewhat related. All the busy requests to weird URLs you might have observed in your browser's status bar at the bottom while loading game pages... that's all ads, and that'll all be gone over at the new site.
