Between the years of 1950-1975, there were some very noteworthy LH/RH slugger combos on the same team, that played together for quite some time.
For the purposes of this poll, the requirement was a minimum of 5 productive years playing together, one a LH and one a RH hitter. Looking at this 25 year time period, this is a pretty amazing group.

Ruth/Gehrig was not in the time frame--and they were both lefties anyway.
Luzinski and Schmidt were both righties.

soon, will post the actual HR totals.

There's a great theme league here somewhere. Ya draft the great HR combos, keep them together on one team. Then, what...

How about a snake like draft through the great one/two pitching combos ? Koufax/Drysdale, Gibson/Carlton,
