Is there a minimum you must spend on your draft card?

Say it's an $80m league. How LITTLE can you spend, initially? Is there a minimum? Could you, in theory, put down 25 sub $1m players on your draft card? Anyone know? :)

I believe you can - and make sure to let me know what league you will be in! :lol:
To be sure, you could test it in the next Alpha league draft if there are enough nickle men in your letter.
