Any thoughts on a lineup? Here is what I'm thinking so far:

1. Wilson, Willie (S) CF
2. Rose, Pete (S) LF
3. Collins, Eddie (L) 2B
4. McCormick, Frank (R) 1B
5. Freehan, Bill (R) C
6. Rice, Sam (L) RF
7. Weaver, Buck (R) 3B
8. Pesky, Johnny (L) SS

Lineup vs. RHP

1. Pesky, Johnny (L) SS
2. Rice, Sam (L) RF
3. Collins, Eddie (L) 2B
4. McCormick, Frank (R) 1B
5. Rose, Pete (S) LF
6. Freehan, Bill (R) C
7. Weaver, Buck (R) 3B
8. Wilson, Willie (S) CF

with all the .50 players you can get on the bench behind those iron guys, you should have quite the pitching staff

Ya know in keeping with your theme, I think you need a top quality backup for Freehan ... such as Gary Carter ... :wink:

I tried for Carter. had him 3rd or 4th but missed out. I'd love to have him! :wink:
